Customised Jewellery

  • All customised or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

  • Please ensure all custom order details (names, dates, etc.) are correct at the time of purchase.

Non-Customised Jewellery

  • Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items
